About Us

We help students reach their potential

Apex Learning Centre was founded in 2014 by two former UBC educators who believed every student could succeed with the right support, the right approach, and a tutor who genuinely cares. We are not a franchise or a drop-in centre — every student is matched with a tutor and given a personalised learning plan.

We tutor students from Grade 3 through to university level, covering Math, Sciences, English, French, and the Humanities. We also run dedicated programmes for SAT, ACT, AP, and IB exam preparation, and provide one-on-one university admissions coaching for students applying to Canadian, US, and UK universities.

94% of our students improve their grades within the first term. We measure progress rigorously and report to parents monthly — so you always know exactly how your child is doing.
