Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 1, 2026  ·  Effective: April 1, 2026

PageLaunch AI, Inc. ("PageLaunch", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website pagelaunch.ai and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service.

By using PageLaunch you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in via Google or Facebook OAuth we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from that provider. We do not receive or store your Google or Facebook password.

Profile content. Information you add to your PageLaunch page — bio, services, pricing, availability, FAQs, and images.

Usage data. Pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information collected automatically via server logs and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).

Communications. Messages sent through contact forms on your page, booking requests, and support enquiries.

Payment information. Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We receive confirmation of payment status and subscription tier from Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and maintain your account and public page
  • To process bookings and payments
  • To send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, lead alerts)
  • To improve the Service through analytics and usage data
  • To respond to support requests
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud or abuse

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting and email delivery (SES)
  • Google / Meta — OAuth authentication and analytics
  • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection
  • Law enforcement — when required by applicable law

4. Third-Party Integrations (MCP / Claude AI)

PageLaunch offers an MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector that allows users to manage their account through AI assistants such as Claude by Anthropic.

  • Authentication. When you connect PageLaunch to Claude or another MCP-compatible client, you authenticate via Google OAuth. A persistent API key is generated and stored as a cryptographic hash. The raw key is shown once and never stored by PageLaunch.
  • Data accessed. The MCP connector can read and write data on your behalf, including enquiries, bookings, availability, page content, FAQs, and account settings. Access is scoped to your account only.
  • No data caching. The MCP server acts as a pass-through to the PageLaunch API. No user data is cached, stored, or logged by the MCP server. All data remains on PageLaunch servers.
  • No third-party sharing. Data accessed through the MCP connector is not shared with Anthropic, Claude, or any other third party. The AI assistant processes your data in-session only.
  • Revocation. You can revoke MCP access at any time from your PageLaunch Dashboard under Settings → API Keys. Revoking a key immediately terminates access.

5. Your Public Page

Content you publish on your PageLaunch page (name, bio, services, contact details) is publicly visible on the internet at your subdomain (e.g. yourname.pagelaunch.ai) or custom domain. Do not publish information you want kept private.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session and collect analytics data. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may prevent some features from working correctly.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS (TLS 1.3), encrypted data at rest, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data please contact us immediately.

10. Third-Party Links

Your PageLaunch page may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

11. Your Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights email us at [email protected].

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected. We do not sell personal information. To make a request contact [email protected].

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
