These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PageLaunch platform and services provided by PageLaunch AI, Inc. ("PageLaunch", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PageLaunch provides an online platform that allows independent professionals to create portfolio pages, accept bookings, manage leads, and receive payments. We offer Free, Pro, and Business subscription tiers with different feature sets as described on our pricing page.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of all content you publish on your PageLaunch page. By publishing content you grant PageLaunch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If your payment fails your account may be downgraded to the Free tier. PageLaunch charges 0% platform fees on payments you receive from your own clients.
The Free tier is provided as-is with no service level guarantee. We may modify or discontinue features of the Free tier at any time with reasonable notice.
The PageLaunch platform, logo, design, code, and documentation are owned by PageLaunch AI, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe, Google, Meta (WhatsApp), and AWS. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. PageLaunch is not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination your public page will be taken offline and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PageLaunch does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageLaunch AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PageLaunch AI, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
